I open my eyes,
Its morning again.
I look to my right.
And there I see my Venus,
Calm as a baby,
Lost in dreamless slumber.
I looks to my left,
I get up,
Walk to the Window
And look through the Window.
And what do I see?
I see the World.
The World of Yesterday - Untouched,
The World I wish to live in Today.
Without a single blemish,
Unlike the Lost World of tomorrow.
I see,
Beauty of the highest degree.
A valley down below,
An Endless stream
Running in between.
Trees immersed,
In the translucent morning mist.
Yonder I see,
The Snow capped Mountain peeks.
I feel the gentle breeze,
Hear the birds chirp.
I look in to the Heavens,
Thank God,
The Creator,
An Awesome Painter.
